Programs For All Levels

We are all different, have different backgrounds, and have different goals. We strive to create a personalized fitness and nutrition blueprint for you for the quickest, most efficient, and safest route to the results you desire. We believe that movement and nutrition are the pillars of health, however, we must learn how to achieve balance in order to maintain this lifestyle forever. Our various program options make our methodology accessible to anyone who has the desire to make a long-term lifestyle change to regain control of their body, health, and life!

CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program concentrating on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to achieve overall physical fitness, preparing you for any physical challenge and optimum health. We focus on the ten general physical fitness skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

This one-hour class includes a warm-up, skill development segment, and a high-intensity portion that we like to call a MetCon, or Metabolic Conditioning. We combine a mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (bodyweight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting. MetCons could be short and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion or they could be interval based working on movement technique, proficiency in a new skill, strength-oriented, or short all-out efforts followed by prescribed rest.

We also focus on functional bodybuilding in these classes during our warm-ups and skill development portion. Functional Bodybuilding is a type of training that uses quality movement to develop motor control, strength, and lean muscle gains using traditional bodybuilding principles and tempo to prepare clients for their workout, prevent injuries, and everyday life

One-on-One Training

For those looking for a more personalized approach to their health and fitness, or who need to have increased flexibility in their schedule, one-on-one personal training is a great option for them.

One-on-one training is client-centered with the focus on the specific and individual needs of the client. Regular meeting for goal setting sessions and creating tests to determine their progress, we constantly evolve the program based on individual needs. Our goal here is client results; we want our one-on-one training clients to get results as quickly and as safely as they can, making sure that we create a sustainable long-term program for them to succeed not only in the present but forever.

Appointments are booked individually with one of our expert coaches to accommodate their schedule. Sessions can be completed at any time throughout the day. One-on-one training is perfect for anyone with particular needs, specific goals, a busy schedule, or particular health/injury concerns.

Personal training sessions can also be used to complement our CrossFit classes to address specific needs or learn new skills.

Nutrition

There are three things we don’t believe in when it comes to nutrition: Restrictive Diets, Branded Diets, and Diets with Timelines.

Restrictive diets are unsustainable and will not allow you to keep the weight off long term. If a diet has a timeline or someone’s name on it, we also aren’t buying into it. Branded diets are just trying to get you to buy their products and 30-day diets all end at some point. With the former, you need to continue to buy that brand’s products for life (or find a new branded diet to try) in order to maintain results. For diets that end after a certain amount of time, how do you maintain your results once it’s over? Both don’t answer the underlying problems clients face and create solutions for them not just to lose weight – but keep it off.

At Aspire, we design nutrition programs specifically for the obstacles you face and create solutions that will allow you to reach your goal weight as quickly as possible and keep that weight off forever.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids at Aspire is composed of elements designed to reduce Exercise Deficit Disorder and poor lifestyle choices: laying foundational movement patterns, providing children with a portion of their prescribed amount of exercise for the week, improving muscular fitness, engineering endless opportunities for success, and discussing roles for food—all while keeping the class and its information fun and engaging.

CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids and teens to be introduced to fitness and learn healthy lifestyle habits. At Aspire, we’ve created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to coach kids to stay interested and motivated, which is vital to make this a long-term routine for them. We will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building.

Kids will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Our classes prepare kids to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury. It is a great addition to children who already play sports or for the beginner who has never done anything athletic before!

Online Training

Are you looking for programming from an Aspire Coach, but aren’t in the Oakland Park, FL area?

No problem! We’ve got you covered with multiple online training options.

For those who simply want to follow our gym programming, access can be granted to our WODs via the SugarWOD app. Follow along daily to our prescribed class CrossFit workouts, log on the leaderboard, and fist bump other athletes for community support. This is a great option for motivated individuals to follow our Aspire fitness methodology and have access to a CrossFit gym or home gym of their own.

Those looking for a personalized touch can access our customized programming. Here our expert coaches create a program for you and your goals with any (or no) equipment that you have available, daily accountability, 24/7 coaching support, and nutrition guidance. Many of our clients who take this option have life demands that do not allow for much time for their fitness, specific goals, need to get results in expedited time frames, or workout at home with little to no equipment available to them.
