Our class program is designed by our owner, Sean Spire and Coach Jordan Polite, created based on our members goals, and reviewed by all of our class coaches the most well rounded program possible. They are a mix of traditional strength & conditioning, functional body building, high intensity interval training, and endurance, allowing you to MOVE better, LOOK better, FEEL better, and PERFORM better.
